Jayesh was the first full graphic designer at Goldcast. He has every skillset that an early stage startup needs - scrappy, creative, hustle, curiosity and most importantly incredible work ethic. As someone early in his career, he surprised me every stage by going above and beyond his responsibilities. He singlehandedly managed a lot of initiatives - right from blogs to website design to pitch decks to poster design and the output was always top notch. I have no doubt in my mind that he's going to be extremely successful and I consider myself lucky to work with him everyday.
